  3. The store guarantees that its products and services are lawful and authorized under Qatari regulations.

Article 12 – Governing Law

This agreement is governed entirely by the laws, regulations, and legal provisions in force within the State of Qatar, and any disputes will be referred to the competent judicial authorities in Qatar.

Article 13 – General Provisions

  1. The invalidity of any clause does not affect the enforceability of the rest.

  2. Arabic shall be the language of interpretation for this agreement.

  3. Prices and promotional offers may change from time to time.

  4. The parties agree to conduct their dealings in accordance with Islamic values and Qatari laws.

  5. This agreement may only be terminated by an official decision from store management.
